Thumbs up Burger is proud to be partners with the food delivery app, DoorDash. To get your for delivered, download the DoorDash app and create an account to start ordering. Once you have placed your order, a dasher will deliver your food to your house. All payments occur online through the app.
If we receive your order and need to notify you that part of your order cannot be filled, an employee at Thumbs Up Burger will contact you directly. If you would like to make a specification regarding your order and forget to add it to the Doordash app, please call us and we can fix your order before it is delivered to you.
If you have any problems with delivery services or need a refund, contact DoorDash directly due to payments being all through the app. Since this is a third party delivery system, Thumbs Up Burger cannot help with the refund, so the customer needs to contact DoorDash directly.
